MESSAGE FROM COLIN AND CLAIRE BRODIE

This is a heartfelt thank you to all Bridge players who have supported Claire and me at the Bridge Connection since August of 2006 – yes 4 years does fly by very quickly in the Bridge World.

We are now expanding our Bridge business by buying the Rideau Bridge Club from a very good friend, Germain Perron. Germain is retaining ownership of “Le Club de bridge Rideau”.

We wish to assure all Rideau Bridge Club players that it will be business as usual. We also have plans to expand your options as players, students and participants in Claire’s ability to satisfy your palettes with weekend brunches that she has presented so successfully at The Bridge Connection.

Un gros merci à tous les bridgeurs et bridgeuses qui ont appuyé Claire et moi durant les 4 dernières années au Bridge Connection – oui, déjà 4 ans!!

Nous avons décidé de grandir notre commerce en achetant Rideau Bridge Club d’un bon ami; Germain Perron. Germain reste propriétaire du côté français « Le Club de bridge Rideau ». Il continuera d’offrir les séances du lundi après-midi et du mardi soir (en français).

Nous tenons à garantir à tous les joueurs de Rideau Bridge Club que nous garderons le déroulement du Club. Nous avons des plans pour offrir des nouveautés concernant les brunchs que Claire offre avec grands succès au Bridge Connection.

MESSAGE FROM GERMAIN

I am delighted that Colin (and Claire) will take over Rideau Bridge Club.  I look forward to actively work closely with them and continue directing the Monday afternoon and Tuesday night français groups.

J'aimerais remercier toutes les personnes qui, d'une façon ou d’une autre, ont participé au succès du Club.  Un remerciement spécial à tous les directeurs et professeurs et  aux nombreux "directeurs virtuels" qui, des coulisses du pouvoir, contribuent immensément au succès du Club.  MILLE MERCIS!
